This is a beautiful detailed patchwork autumn lap quilt that would be a joy to use year around if you love Autumn colors as I do.
I made this quilt with a variety of thousands of machine top quilted decorative stitches. The detailed stitches are hard to see in the picture but it is so pretty. I felt so good just sewing it and looking at its beauty. The hem around the quilt has been carefully hand done.
It measures 40 inches wide and 51 1/2 inches long. It is the perfect size for any family member to cuddle under during the cool Autumn days. The colors are deep autumn colors of dark autumn green, browns, and rust reds. Each patchwork material is a beautiful autumn print design or solid. It is made with patchwork printed on a quilting cotton material and the batting is 100% cotton. I did the detailed stitching on the top and batting.
The Quilt has been backed with material which has a tiny rust color red fall leaf design on a solid brown background. The backing material matches a part of the front of the quilt. Then I machine tacked quilted through all 3 layers. This Quilt is adorable and will be loved by everyone.
Machine Wash with warm water and dry on cooler setting to preserve its beauty. |
